Barham
When we last shared the progress of this build the roofers were about to commence the tiling of the M profile valley roof. As you can see the team from Complete Roofing are doing a truly immense job of it! Just a few more to go on and we will have a fully fledged roof all finished. Today one of our team will be going around the facia and soffit boards and filling up the holes made by the screws and painted over to match which will really tie the the upper portion of the house together.
There’s also been big movement on the external cladding of the frame. At the start of the week the bricklayers came on site and in 4 and a half short days they’ve really worked hard to make as big of a dent in the work as possible. A few more days and they should be approaching the end of their contribution to this job at that point the internal frame will be sandblasted, and that will look great! So keep an eye out for any future updates.
Meanwhile at the yard, we’ve been busy preparing plasterboard to go into the roof off the sun room at the rear of the house.
St Margaret’s
If you’ll remember last year we were showing off a job we did near Dover, if you haven’t seen this one yet it’s defiantly worth a look! However we are currently working on a garage to go with this build, here’s some photos of some of the guys working on the frame. We’ll be taking it to site and raising in within the next we weeks, but we’ll be sure to share that with you.
