Barham
The last time we gave an update on this frame the team were part way through raising
the roof. After the roof had been completed the lads started to sheath the outside with
OSB followed by Intelo plus pressure membrane wrap this also protects the interior
from the elements and enables us to get going inside in the dry.
While we were waiting for the roofers to start felt and battening out the roof in
preparation of the tiles being installed, some of the team started preparing the
build’s fascia and soffit boards. This entailed coating all the boards with a protective
undercoat and subsequently applying multiple coats of our client’s chosen colour paint. After
drying over the weekend, the soffits have been installed and ready for the guttering.
The team from Complete Roofing have finished the felt and baton for this build and so soon their team will commence with tiling. keep an eye out as we continue with this project!
Shepherdswell build
While two of our team were working in Barham on warping the frame the rest of the
guys were laying out all of our Shepherdswell build’s interior plaster board.
As we approach the final straight of this build, we’ve finally been able to remove the scaffolding
surrounding the house and it looks incredible. We’ll be sure to keep updating the blog with our progress!
Workshop two Update
We’re glad to say that we’ve had confirmation that the two gantry’s for workshop two

start to use workshop two for framing as well!
